How to order from the catalog, and what can be changed.
What is in the catalog?
Seven collections: rings, earrings, huggie earrings, body jewelry, chains and necklaces, tennis bracelets, and charms. Designs run from dainty minimalist pieces to statement work set with natural gemstones or cubic zirconia.
Can catalog designs be changed, or do I order them as they are?
Either. The catalog is a curated selection of stock designs you can order as shown, and it is also a starting point. Change the metal, the karat, the stones, the finish or the dimensions, or send us your own design entirely. Our manufacturing covers casting, stamping, handmade fabrication, laser cutting and electroforming, so very little is off the table.
Which materials can catalog pieces be made in?
We work in 925 sterling silver, 9k, 14k and 18k gold in yellow, white and rose, platinum, titanium and surgical steel. Plating options are available on top of that. Recycled gold and silver can be supplied with certificates; recycled gold costs more per gram than the standard bullion rate and carries its own minimum, so raise it early if your brand story depends on it. PT950 platinum and brass are also available, along with a wide selection of plating options.
Can I sell these under my own brand?
Yes. Private label production under your own branding is standard for us, and clean background product images are supplied free so you can list the pieces on your own site. Model photo shoots with your finished products are available as a paid extra, quoted before the shoot.
Is there a minimum order for catalog pieces?
There is no blanket minimum order quantity. We set the minimum per project, once we know the metal, the production method and the stones, because those three things decide whether a short run is sensible or wasteful. Gold and platinum can start small, since the material carries most of the cost. Silver wants more volume, because the setup is the same but the material is cheap.
How long will a catalog order take to arrive?
From first enquiry to a box on your desk is usually six to ten weeks, of which three to five weeks is production. The rest is sampling and your own decisions, which is the part you control. If you have a date you need stock by, say so in the first email and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
