What does Toanoi Jewelry actually do?
We are a full-service OEM and ODM jewelry manufacturer based in Bangkok, working for retailers and brands worldwide. That covers ready-made collections from our catalog, private label production under your own brand, and custom pieces made from your designs. We handle design, sampling, production, stone sourcing and shipping.
Which metals do you work in?
We work in 925 sterling silver, 9k, 14k and 18k gold in yellow, white and rose, and platinum. Plating options are available on top of that. Recycled gold and silver can be supplied with certificates; recycled gold costs more per gram than the standard bullion rate and carries its own minimum, so raise it early if your brand story depends on it.
Do I have to order a minimum quantity?
Gold and platinum carry no minimum order quantity at all: the material carries most of the cost, so a short run is a normal request. Everything else is set per project, once we know the metal, the production method and the stones, because those three things decide whether a short run is sensible or wasteful. Silver wants more volume, because the setup is the same but the material is cheap.
How long does an order take?
From first enquiry to a box on your desk is usually six to ten weeks, of which three to five weeks is production. The rest is sampling and your own decisions, which is the part you control. If you have a date you need stock by, say so in the first email and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
