Questions about our manufacturing services
What buyers ask before sending the first specification.
What production methods can you use?
Casting, stamping, handmade fabrication, laser cutting and electroforming. Our team of 40 to 50 craftsmen works across three locations, each one specialising in different methods and metals, so the piece is made by the process that suits it rather than by the only process available.
Is the custom design service really free?
Yes. Design and 3D rendering are complimentary, and rendering is usually ready in three to five days. We start with a short voice or video call so we understand what you are building and whether we are a good fit, then adjust the design as your feedback comes in. Changes at sample stage are cheap; changes after production starts are not.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no blanket minimum order quantity. We set the minimum per project, once we know the metal, the production method and the stones, because those three things decide whether a short run is sensible or wasteful. Gold and platinum can start small, since the material carries most of the cost. Silver wants more volume, because the setup is the same but the material is cheap.
Can you manufacture under my own brand?
Yes. Private label and OEM or ODM production is the bulk of what we do. Your designs, your branding, made here and shipped to you. We also keep a curated selection of stock designs you can order as they are or adapt.
Can you use recycled metals?
Yes, and we issue recycled gold and silver certificates. You can also send back pieces that are not selling and we will refine the metal and reuse the stones in new designs, allowing for roughly a 10 percent loss when metal is recycled. Recycled gold costs more per gram than the standard bullion market rate and its minimum is higher, so plan for that at quoting stage.
Do you supply photography for my website?
Clean background product images are included at no charge. Model photo shoots with your finished pieces are optional and quoted separately before the shoot, so there are no surprises. Bangkok has a deep pool of Asian and foreign models and photographers, which is why the same shoot costs far less here than in Western markets.
How do you control quality?
Our QC team inspects each piece after every step of production rather than only at the end. It adds time, and it is the reason problems are caught while they are still cheap to fix instead of turning up in your delivery.
How do orders ship?
Through FedEx, DHL and Malca-Amit, with insurance. Unsold pieces can be sent back to us for reproduction under our exchange arrangement.
