Before you write to us

Tell us what you want to make. A sketch, a photo or a reference piece is enough to start. Add the metal (solid gold, platinum or 925 silver), the stones, and roughly how many pieces you need.

Minimums depend on the value of each piece: no minimum on solid gold, from 30 pieces in silver, 5 pieces for Cuban chains, and 1 piece when it is set with diamonds. The detail is on our MOQ and pricing page.

Samples usually take 3 to 4 weeks and production 4 to 6 weeks. Design work is free; see our services for how a project runs from sketch to finished collection.
