Our Return Policy is part of and must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to update this Return Policy at any time.
Refunds are processed only after the product has reached its destination and has been received by the buyer. No refunds will be issued for products in transit or those that have not yet been delivered.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns And Refunds
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it at any time, and we will refund or provide a store credit. Please let us know about any issues within 30 days of the date of delivery.
In case of defective products, Toanoi Jewelry will be responsible for shipping charges otherwise, the customer to be responsible for the shipping costs and handling charges associated with returning items.
Condition Of Return
You must provide your order number.
Items must be in their original condition (unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged).
You are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse. Please use a secure delivery service that insures the package for its value.
Toanoi Jewelry reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our Return Policy.
Defective Or Damaged Products
We take great care to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we sincerely apologize.
We will replace items that are defective or damaged.
To exchange a product for the same item or request a refund, please submit a request with all relevant information.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item before approving the refund. Items that show signs of mishandling, wear, damage, or resizing by another jeweler will not be eligible for a refund.
We cannot issue refunds for items with missing gemstones or damages that were not reported at the time of the return request.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 8-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
