Toanoi Jewelry is committed to delivering products in perfect condition to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
To optimize delivery, please provide an address where the order can be received during normal business hours.
Toanoi Jewelry Shipping Options
Toanoi Jewelry ships worldwide via secure and express couriers (FedEx/DHL/EMS).
Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). For security reasons, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military bases, nor do we accept orders where the recipient or address cannot be identified.
Shipping Costs
Toanoi Jewelry offers competitive shipping rates on all website orders when using FedEx. Additional fees may apply for DHL, UPS, or other courier services.
Shipping Insurance
We offer free FedEx standard insurance for orders up to USD 500. For higher-value parcels, Malca Amit Insurance is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Order Processing Time
In-stock orders: Processed within 1-3 business days.
Production orders: Lead time is approximately 3-5 weeks from the date the deposit is received.
Note: Order processing and shipping times are separate.
Possible Delays
Toanoi Jewelry is not responsible for shipping delays due to natural events, customs clearance, or other courier-related issues. Transit time does not include weekends or holidays.
Undelivered Packages
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or if no one is available to receive the package, it may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for reshipping.
Toanoi Jewelry is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate.
We recommend providing a secure delivery address, such as a business or residential location. Toanoi Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
Customs & Taxes
Import duties and customs taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s regulations regarding imports, as we cannot provide this information.
Shipping Completion
A delivery is considered completed once the tracking system confirms the package has been delivered.
